The All Fleet Online Way
At All Fleet Online, doing things well and providing cutting edge technology is only part of the solution. Our team remains focussed on our customers but also on our impact on our surroundings, the environment and the communities we live and work in. We pride ourselves on our ethos and on giving something back and have put a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in place for this.
We have adopted County Community Projects (CCP), a charity local to the office as our charity partner. We have supported them for 3 years now with a mixture of fundraising activities, team building days and helping at their events including the Christmas hamper scamper campaign. Employees are given an extra days holiday to volunteer for the day and many choose to help CCP.
Members of staff regularly take part in the Cheltenham Challenge (run/walk) event each year and have raised several thousand pounds over the 3 years.
CCP exists to transform the lives of people who have serious and immediate need, equipping them to meet the demands of an ever-evolving society. The charity makes a huge impact in the area surrounding our offices and helping the most vulnerable.
As a national charity we support Red Nose Day each year. The team get involved through fundraising but also using our offices as one of the call centres taking donations on the night. All Fleet Online staff are joined by customers and suppliers to answer calls into the early hours. It’s an incredible evening and although exhausted when we finish, the team leave knowing they’ve taken part in something special and raise a significant sum for Red Nose Day each year.
Alongside our charity support we are aware of our local environment and impact that All Fleet Online has on this. We believe and that through the developments we’re making to our systems, a significant change on the carbon footprint of both All Fleet Online and our suppliers and customers will be made through a reduction in postage, wasted journeys and poor fleet management. We aim to make processes simpler and easier having a positive impact on the lives of fleet managers and the environment we live in.
